St. Augustine real name is Aurelius Augustinus. St. Augustine is a Christian Neoplatonist, North African Bishop, Doctor of the Roman Catholic Church. The Confessions of St. Augustine is the first autobiography ever written. He is considered one of the founding fathers of philosophy. In Book 3 of The Confessions St. Augustine talks about the time of his late teen years and young adult years. He also many references from the Bible for example he uses Job 2:7,8. St. Augustine goes to Carthage looking for emotional and physical love. He found it then he began to fear of jealousy which all people in relationships have when they are not together.
