Isaiah carter 3B Hero’s journey for those who may not know what that might be it seems like an impossible task that only a special character possesses. But unfortunately that’s not how this cookie crumbles so if you ask yourself what a hero’s journey is I’ll be glad to tell you. A hero’s journey is when the character (Hero) goes out on a quest and receives good deeds on behalf of his people from whom he/she represents. Hero’s journey was created by Christopher Vogler and consists of 12 steps: • THE ORDINARY WORLD. The hero is introduced sympathetically so the audience can identify the situation or dilemma. But a lot of times what’s not discussed is that success comes with sacrifice and a lot of decisions that could be dangerous and if you choose wisely you’ll be alright. The hero’s journey can be used as a cheat code kind of. How? Well it tells you what’s going on in the story and breaks down the main events from when it got bad to resolving the negative along with analyzing everything for what it is not just guessing at what it’s like to succeed and the hero’s journey brings nothing but positive feedback on what you need to work on or just how’s everything going. But when you were kid you ever wish you were older to do stuff or just to get all that comes with the “adult image” but when your finally older you wish you were a kid again to cherish all that was kid kind of like we stepped into an episode of The twilight zone but we are talking about the movie Big.
