Ciara’s goal: To get good grades in both classes
Dated: I want to reach my goal by 08.12.2016
Achievable: This is an achievable goal because I will work hard to finish all of my assignments the day that they are given. As well as turn them in head of the due date to insure that they are in on time.
Personal: This will help me to keep my GPA up high so that I can have a better chance of being accepted to a nursing program the first time I apply.
Positive: This will teach me how to manage my time better. It will also teach me to stay on task and focus so that I am able to do what needs to get done. It will also help me to be less stressed due to not having to do a bunch of assignments at once.

Starting with what is due first, and which one will take the longest to complete.
Third step I will set aside a minimum of 2 hours each day to complete assignments.
Fourth step is I will continue to check canvas to see if there have been any changes made to the schedule.
Fifth step I will check my work against the rubric to make sure that I am meeting all of the requirements.
Sixth step is I will ask questions to get help, or I will go to a resource on campus if I need any help.
The personal qualities that I will need in order to attain my goal is time-management so that I am completing assignments on time. Determination, persistence, so that I make sure I keep up with the goals that I am setting. I will also need to have realistic expectations. For example if I set my self a goal that in one day I will get 5 assignments done, but I only get 3 done that is okay, and that was much more of an attainable goal than 5.
The resources that are out there to help me is my instructor they are there for me to ask questions. There are resources on campus such as the writing center. My friends and family for me to ask them questions about certain things if I get stuck they might have a different way of thinking about
