Relative to City Shuttle’s training and compliance practices, it is evident that the company lacks enforcement of mandatory training for all employees. As it is stated that training is a requisite for full-time and part-time employees, it is concerning how there is a lack of enforcement in terms of training and compliance to the zero-tolerance policy for the company’s casual drivers. The result of this creates a widespread concern, as customers are partaking in the operation of a business that is too lenient with their qualification requirements when hiring employees.Casual drivers are part of City Shuttle’s growth plan as the company intends on hiring more of them as part of their plan towards expansion while keeping costs low.
