Disobedience is the failure to obey rules or someone in authority. As many people are taught when they are children disobedience is bad. This is correct most of the time when talking about listening to your parents or teachers etc. However, disobedience to authority or rules is sometimes the best option when trying to cause change. Disobedience is valuable for human progress because it has a strong impact on society by bringing awareness to unjust laws and rulings and it has been proven in history to cause change.
