What is the difference between civil obedience and civil disobedience? Civil obedience is obeying the law that was given to society and civil disobedience is violating the laws in a respectful manner. Some example of this includes the action of picketing, peace marching and boycotting. In my opinion, I believe that the government are the ones who constitute civil obedience because they are the ones who provide us with the laws we have to follow. I also believe that the individuals in the society are the ones who constitute civil disobedience because the laws are meant for the people in the society, and sometimes the people have to disagree.
