When you are in a movie theater watching, say a romantic comedy, do you ever stop to think about where or who created the music for that scene? Does it ever cross your mind as to why that song was composed or chosen? “Claire De Lune,” which is just a part of the whole composition called, The Suite Bergamasque, is a very popular composition which is played in multiple movies such as Twilight, Ocean’s Eleven, and the final movie of James Dean, Giant. The gentlemen who composed this musical composition is Claude Debussy. Debussy was seen strange and odd compared to his fellow composers.
