I am working in a Clinical Research Organization (“CRO”) company. CRO is an independent organization for drug testing and analysis. My position in the company is budget analyst. Our company uses a lot of work systems and technical software to complete its operations. These work systems and software are distributed in different departments and fields. Today, this article will be used to explore the application and implementation of these work systems and software.

Given that I work for a service-oriented CRO, software development is crucial for my field of work. My company will design specific software that will help us achieve the goals outlined in the contracts with each customer. All the software will …show more content…

Control a) Ensure that the software development project achieves its objectives while staying within budget constraints.

b) Track the quality of work for each project team member in each phase of the software development life cycle. c) Regularly report to managers on the progress of the software development project. d) Configure management and planning for the software development project. e) Monitor the progress of each member of the software development project team and quickly solve problems encountered by project team members.

B. What types of development methodology does your company favor?
Software development methods (Wikipedia) include the Waterfall Model, Agile Development, Rapid Application Development, Joint Application Development, Spiral Development etc. My own company has used most of these models for its software development work, which typically encompasses requirements, design, coding and testing phases, with maintenance phases included in some cases The software development model is used as the basis for software creation, since it clearly defines the main activities and tasks required to completed.
