A coach is a leader who will give employees the skills they need to learn about the new changes, how to deal with them, and how to overcome the difficulties associated with any changes that are often brought when changes happen in an organization. The coach manager is vital to any company. The coach managers will give tips on how to use the change whether it is new technology or even new equipment. Coaches will often require employees to go to training sessions, workshops, or even a meeting so everyone can get familiar with the upcoming changes (Madsen, 2016). The coach manager is vital to an organization. Change managers need to learn from previous changes so mistakes can be prevented. Change takes time, a good team to execute the changes, and team players who will do what is in the best interest of the company. This is why a company has to communicate with employees and set goals and standards for them to follow (Palmer, pg. 192, 2017). Communication is important for the execution of many changes and that is why interpreters are utilized. Interpreters are used to communicate the changes that will happen within an organization. Interpreters are the mediators that communicate how the changes will occur, the time line, what strategies are to be utilized, and how the changes will affect everyone within the organization. An interpreter analyzes and researches the process of change and how those changes will affect the people within the organization. This is done by taking a course of action through communication. In any organization, change is something that will help a company grow and evolve in the future (Palmer, pg. 199, 2017). The main objective is to make sure a company has an easy transition into the changes needed and learn from previous mistakes associated from change. A company does not have to fear change. The objective is to learn, evolve, grow, and make progress through the evolution of change. Both the coach and the interpreter’s first goal are to make sure the changes will help the growth and longevity of the organization. It takes a team to make sure all the changes are executed and that the organization will thrive as time goes on. Conflict in an organization can hurt the progress of change. In order to resolve this conflict a company should appreciate the current programs, while fixing issues with them, build on the vision of what the company aspires to be in the future, communicate to staff the vision of the future of the organization, and finally, create the changes to sustain the company for the future (Palmer, pg. 200,
