These great achievements are inextricably linked with the positive work environment (Dul & Ceylan, 2014).Cochlear believes that energetic workplace would bring tangible rewards; Organizations that invest in their employees and establish a well-organized work environment is likely to see the payoff in productivity. Speaking freely is recognized in Cochlear as it will hear the voice from every staff, which has the huge impact in business morale. The supportive team, good management and overall ambience with the mission of Cochlear made the work environment with high efficiency.
