The Department of Computer Science and Engineering is one of seven departments in the College of Engineering, the fourth-largest engineering college in Texas. This University gives me the chance to improve my skills and take new challenges. The college education is very important to me because is the main point of my career to get better opportunities in the future and improve my life every day. Relevant research programs increase the opportunities to achieve many accomplishments for the students. The biggest development in the college community means the development of new techniques to motivate the students to learn something new every day. There are many factors very important, for example, the experiences of the faculty members, one of them is: A team of UTA researchers and their collaborators at Duke University, led by CSE's Chengkai Li, recently earned a three-year, $500,000 NSF grant to expand ClaimBuster, a tool they developed to verify facts reported in the media.
