“Build passion for knowledge rather than success”, this is the principle that I followed right from my high school academic career. I have a strong belief in the saying “Gain knowledge and success follows you”. Since my childhood I have had a passion towards problem solving, mathematics and so on. As a student, I always look for progress in technology and it can be observed that there is a massive move in this regard in the world of computers and software. It is this growth in computers and software that attracts me to this field and gives me a deep sense of professional pride. In this context, I would like to pursue my graduation in Computer Science which provides a strong platform for my future career goals. Looking back, after successful completion of my …show more content…
During the course of my undergraduate study I was exposed to various subjects like programming in C and C++, Operating systems, Computer Networks, Microprocessors, Microcontrollers etc. These subjects made me realise my strength in programming and my enthusiasm to plunge deep into programming gained velocity. Noticing my good programming skills, one of the professors of my department suggested me to work on the project titled “Water Level Indicator using PSoC-5”. PSoC is a programmable system on chip provided by Cypress Semiconductor and my group was fortunate enough to stand out as the only team to successfully complete the project based on the same. As head of my team, I had to work on the project from ground up and this was opportune as I learnt a lot along way. While working on the project I developed a special liking towards programming and its completion motivated me to take up computer stream in my graduate program. To add on to my programming skills I’ve scored very good marks in Microprocessors, Microcontrollers, programming in C++ etc. Apart from my academics, I have played an active part in organising cultural and
