The Change of my Life! There are many events that stand out in my life that are significant and helps me to grow stronger. One of these events stands out in particular to me and has the greatest impact on my life. When I attended middle school, my focus was never on the academics, but only about sports and having a great time with my friends. I never payed attention for more that five seconds and always failed to complete any type of assignment given to me. My lack of care for middle school affected me on going to high school, taking remedial classes, and attending college. First off, when someone’s grades are low it is extremely hard for them to pass to the next grade. I would sit in all of my forty-five minute classes laughing, telling jokes, and just trying to distract everyone else from getting their education. I found every way of getting into trouble and of course, my grades reflected it. Most high schools require a certain amount of credits, a certain numbers of disciplinary records, and a certain number of subjects learned and passed. In my case I did not have the number of credits that I had needed to pass. I continued to laugh and be the class clown. One day it had gotten extremely real! My parents randomly visited my school. No, I did not make it to that point, but I was headed there. All the immature behavior mentioned previously, I had to become more conductive and mature. By definition conductive means to behave or manage (oneself). After I had a long discussion with my parents I had to practice being conductive. I did not really know how to act conductive until my parents re-enforce the importance it was in college. From that day forward, I went to school and started being more thankful and respectful towards my teachers, started appreciating other, having self-control, and started being more productive and less distractive towards
