I would be remiss if I failed to mention Namosha’s outstanding personal integrity, as well as her warm, personable attitude. Thus, I am convinced that a summer internship for pharmacy students with Rutgers University will be a win-win for both Ms. Mohite and Rutgers University: Namosha will earn valuable experience toward her goal of becoming a Pharmacist, and Rutgers University will have a student intern who will distinguish herself as an outstanding participant in your program.
To make a significant change in the world, countless hours of preparation, of work, and proactive cooperation with others are crucial for success. I partake in few extra-curricular activities, but I have dedicated years of my life to them all. On a regular week, I have to balance French club and National French Honor Society secretary duties, community service for National Honor Society, and additional choir practice for at least two hours after school each week (while sometimes performing community service with the choir as well). I want to become an engineer; so I take AP classes that are useful and interest me because I will need to know advanced math and science concepts in college. All of these extra-curricular activities and academics will become even more relevant when it is time for me to advance my future goals of pursuing a higher education and making significant efforts to aid the world by designing helpful technology with medical applications.
I wanted to be the kind of pharmacist who checked for these kinds of dangerous but often overlooked interactions, warned patients and their doctors, and sought alternatives. Eager to learn more about the profession, I took the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam after spending my winter break with Mosby’s Pharmacy Technician: Principles and Practice. I passed and began working as a pharmacy technician at Walgreens. It only took a short time to realize I didn’t want to be a pharmacist.

Olivia Wirthlin Todd Honors English 3 March 2023 “the mask was a thing on its own, behind which Jack hid, liberated from shame and self-consciousness”. (Golding 64) In the novel Lord of the Flies by William Golding, about 20 British boys crash onto an uninhabited island, and create a society and sense of civilization. But how civilized are these boys? Throughout the book, the majority of these boys begin to gradually become less civilized, resulting in death and chaos. The boys are said to be led by Ralph, one of the boys on the island, but another boy, Jack, uses an idea of a beast to manipulate the boys into following him.
More importantly, I become fascinated with the field. Pharmacy appeals to me as an intriguing and promising occupation. More importantly, it is also a noble profession. I’m currently volunteering at Massachusetts General Hospital. I started off volunteering in the department of patient escort services and then I was transferred into the emergency room.
In life I have noticed leadership to be a key attribute of mine. This was not a quality I would seek to obtain, it was more like one bestowed upon me. Growing up I was the second oldest and only daughter of four children. Though we were rich in spirit, financial hardships made it difficult and at times impossible to fulfill the basic needs and wants of most kids. With the odds stacked against us, I began at a young age to realize that I had to take charge, I had to make a change, I had to lead.
Smart goal essay My smart goal as a student is to transfer to Oregon State with an associate’s degree of science and then graduate with a bachelor’s of science. The reason for choosing to major in pharmacy is that I like chemistry and would like to work in the medical field in the future. Transferring to Oregon State and taking the pre-pharmacy courses there will be a tremendous help to me in pursuing my major. By the end of 2025, I will be earning 116,670 a year as a pharmacist I will need to transfer from pcc with an associates of science and then graduate 4 years later with a bachelor’s degree in science, finally continuing my education by going to a pharmacy school.
It requires a lot of repetitive work C. I can see myself working in this setting. My mentor Michael E. Spiller, who graduated from the FAMU COPPS in 1981 is a retail pharmacist. He has made a great life for himself and is happily retired but I see myself being more diverse and going beyond retail. 2. Hospital – in-patient pharmacy A.
The period of enlightenment transpired in the eighteenth century and it bolstered logic and the use of the scientific method in order to investigate beliefs that had been “truths” asserted by a religion. For instance, Christian scriptures declared to believers that the Earth was at the center of the universe and were shamed if they believed otherwise. However, the period of enlightenment induced people to question these principles and led to intellect over faith. It is relevant to note that “Philosophy aligned itself with the pure and natural sciences, and metaphysics was subsumed into scientific hypothesis and theorization” (R&H,26). Science proved to Christians that the Earth was in fact not at the center of the universe, so believers questioned
We must acknowledge that there will be times where we lose our position, only to realize where we stand. Growing up life seemed hard, but now I realized how amazing it was; I had a family who loved me and I was never seen different (discriminated), I was always told I had four very impart jobs: have respect for people even if I didn’t like them, do good in school, always ask questions and never forget where I came from, little did I know I realized where I came from after I left. When I came to the United States of America, New York became a dream, but we must all wake up and stop dreaming; I did after my mother past away a year after I’ve arrived. The world became gray, for I was very downhearted and life felt like death because of all the

Career Research: Pharmaceutical and Pediatric Field One career field that I am interested in is pharmacy. I believe that pharmacy would be a good field for me because my mother is a pharmacy technician and since my mom would study medicine I would sit beside her and she would help me learn some things about pharmacy and medicine. Since then, I have always thought of pharmacy as a possible career choice.
Pharmacists oversee everyone in the pharmacy and therefore must be able to communicate with their subordinates appropriately and efficiently (“What Pharmacists Do”). It is their job to facilitate a good relationship between all their coworkers in order for the pharmacy to run smoothly and resolve any issues that may come up (Christakis 1,3). Pharmacists interactions through interpersonal communication keeps the workplace running smoothly. My overall academic and working experiences in the past have prepared me to be an
