It’s the commitment one has for their team, job, family, work, etc. If that means laying in front of a slap shot or diving to keep the ball in play, then that is what must be done for one to acquire total dedication. Dedication is not quitting after one attempt, but trying repetitively even if it’s strenuous. Dedication is not easily obtained and by no means can one pick the skill up in a brief period of time. A common way of procure the skill is by seeing it lead by example. Someone who has fully experienced true dedication displays it with everything they do. It can then be seen, learned, and passed on.
