Welcome to Iowa State University! The fall semester is upon us, and classes are starting up again. So the ever looming question of how to survive college has dawned on us. Let’s ask us this, what do keeping open minds, calling home, attending on-campus events and not stressing over having straight A’s have in common?

The notion of picking out clubs is to try and help determine whether or not one wants to pursue a profession in that field. Luckily for students, Iowa State had some 800 clubs available to all students. So if there’s a special talent you possess head over to club feast at the start of the fall semester and try to find it. Odds are in your favor that there’s going to be a club to match specific skills and talents. Moreover, one cool thing about being to partake in this event is the potential to discover new skills and hobbies that would have never been possible before college. For starters, the study abroad office is located in the upper level of the Memorial Union, and if students are interested in studying abroad just looking around, there might be the best place to get started. Moreover, throughout school buildings typically specific programs for majors in that building are advertised with information about the program that's offered.
