They fall in love with the breathtaking mountain views, plenty of recreational activities, and mild weather, and if they’ve lived here once, there’s a good chance that they’re planning on moving back to retire here. There is continuous growth with new construction in residential, commercial, industrial, health care and military spaces, as well as redesign for existing buildings. Sustainable living is in high demand in Colorado.
Subcontracting for local architectural firms would be the easiest way to gain experience and garner trust with those that are well established here, and put the name of BMN Designs out there.
