I think the best approach is the utilitarian approach because there can be some major consequences if she took her friends advice. From what I can comprehend, if she went to a website and paid to have her paper completed, she would be committing the act of plagiarism. In her position I would weigh the consequences of what may happen if she were caught taking the easy, yet illegal, way out of her problem. 2. David should use the Common Good approach to resolve the problem with theft in the group. If David’s entire group is going to be blamed, he should tell his supervisor that Stacy is the one that has been stealing the supplies and have evidence to reinforce his claim. In my opinion, if David knows that she has been stealing and says nothing about it, he is just as guilty as Stacy is and the entire newspaper crew will suffer the consequences. I think that the conflict arises depending on the person and their moral beliefs. Not everyone believes in the same thing, opinions vary person to person. For example if you take a cereal killer and ask his moral beliefs it will most likely conflict with the law, knowing that his judgment is clouded by his hate.
