The program is aimed at carrying out reforms in order to improve living conditions in our prisons in terms of health, social services, legal systems and social reintegration into the community after release.
This is to be implemented in several ways that include decongesting prisons in order to improve health conditions, establishing training programs to enhance leadership in the prisons, improve channels of communication with the management, provision of access to legal aid programs, supporting prisoners after release and facilitating cooperation between courts and prison systems in order to speedup cases.

This would involve assessment of health cases and their trends overtime.
Write a hypothetical research report, reporting the "results" of your evaluation of the program. Make up data, and be sure to give your conclusion about the program’s success or failure, along with reasons for this conclusion.
The training programs organized to improve leadership in the prison proved a success. The management systems devised better channels of communication in the prison and the staff became more responsible and willing to perform their duties. The staff seemed motivated and treated the prisoners with less hostility. The attendance records were an indication of their positive attitude towards the training program.
Crime incidences among the prisoners were on the decrease owing to the monthly records. They had reduced consecutively for a period of six months indicating the success of the program. However the people on pretrial detention were ignored and ended up being treated worse than the prisoners themselves. The people are presumed innocent until proven guilty and shouldn’t be subjected to any form of punishment.
