Kentucky Fried Chicken also known as KFC Corporation, headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, in the United States, is the world’s most famous chicken restaurant; and the third largest food chain in the world that sell fast food specializes in fried chicken. In 1930, The pioneer, Colonel Harland Sanders sold fried chicken from his roadside restaurant in Corbin, Kentucky.He created an Original Recipe fill with eleven types of spices and herbs that present freshly making delicious taste in 1939. PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk, the executive franchise holder of KFC brand in Indonesia was founded in 1978 by the Gelael Family. The very first restaurant outlet was opened at in October at Jalan Melawai in Jakarta. The opening was successful and as a result, more outlets was expanded not only in Jakarta but also in other major cities in Indonesia; Manado, Bandung, Surabaya, Medan and Makassar. In 1990, Salim Group enters as one of the major shareholders, which reinforced company’s extension. In 1993, The company became publicly-stated in Indonesia Stock Exchange to increase its development growth.
