Throughout history, nomadic herders from the steppes of central Asia have interacted with societies around them and influenced much of Eurasia. Around the 14th century, these nomadic herders were able to use their military prowess to conquer and dominate settled societies to build a vast empire for themselves. Mongol conquest and rule of China and the Middle East both differed in terms of systems of bureaucratic administration and trade-based interaction, but As the Mongols conquered China and the Middle East, they adopted different systems of bureaucratic administration to govern the people living in their newly obtained territories. In China, Mongols viewed the Chinese as mere cultivators, so they brought foreign administrators into China who were in charge of Chinese affairs.
During the Post Classical era 600 C.E. to 1450 C.E., the Qing dynasty and the Ottoman Empire had many differences and similarities. The shared many similarities such as patriarchy, and lazy rulers. And for difference the religion views. One similarity between the Qing dynasty and the Ottoman Empire was the patriarchal family. The Chinese were very patriarchal, the fathers were the head of the household.
In the eleventh century, China and the world of Islam were flourishing. However they were conquered and ruled by the Mongols. The political and economic effects of Mongol rule on China and the Middle East were similar but different in their own way. The Mongols toleration and acceptance of the religions in that region were slightly different from each other.
Similar to the Byzantine Empire, China was very successful before Islam. The main difference was that China remained successful all throughout the spread of Islam while the Byzantine Empire
Beginning in the 18th century, many ancient civilizations began to decline including the Ottoman empire and the Qing dynasty. The Ottomans had reached their peak late in the 15th century. The turkic warriors demolished the Byzantine empire and established an Islamic society in much of the Balkans and the Mediterranean. To the east a new Chinese dynasty was emerging in the mid 17th century. The Qing emperors were not of Chinese descent, but were instead a nomadic group called the Manchu that conquered a declining Ming dynasty in 1644.
All empires in history had a high in their history but they all eventually came to their demise. The Ottoman Empire and the Ming Dynasty both had ways they gained, consolidated and maintained their power while they were at their highest point. They had significant leaders that lead to these successful points. The Ottoman Empire covered parts of Asia, Europe and Africa controlled by their leader named Suleiman.
The Qin and Han Dynasties were similar in that they both believed in a strong centralized government, which strengthened and unified their empires, but they differed in that the Qin followed the strict Legalism while the Han followed the more flexible Confucianism, and the way they interacted with outsiders; the Qin tended to be more defensive of outsiders while the Han were more interactive and wanted to build relationships with foreigners. First, the Qin and Han Dynasties believed in a strong centralized government. The implementation of a strong centralized government led to the success and growth of their dynasties. The centralized government creates a pyramid of power and influence, with the main leader, the emperor, on top.
Although they follow the same beliefs of Confucianism, they have many differences in their period of prosperity. First, let’s talk about the Song dynasty. The amount of new and add-on inventions the Song dynasty had created was amazing. For example, they invented, glow in the dark paint, fireworks, grenades, gunpowder, and ideas about how to prevent diseases. The invention of the gunpowder actually gave the Song Dynasty an advantage because they were able to use cannons, flamethrowers, landmines, and grenades.
In 1836, John Smith, a local entrepreneur of the railroad business, decided to build a house upon a great amount of land in the state of Nebraska. Little to be known this land was comprised of ancient spirits from a cult long ago in this area. The Chinese development of technological advances, allowed the era of the Tang, and the Song dynasty to bring about a social, political, and urban change. The Chinese found new techniques in Agriculture and farming rice. This allowed for more growth and spreading of population in the regions. As the population grew, people were interest in new jobs and careers in the markets. So, they sought out jobs such as shop sellers, blacksmiths, metallurgy, fishing, and government work.
The Roman, Chinese and Indian empire are the three main empires that exist in the past and inspired the rest of the empires that came afterwards. The Roman empire used trade and government to get where it was. The Chinese empire used legalism and a strong army. The Indian empire used religion to be successful. An empire consists of many different features, but there are some specific key features that makes an empire a strong and powerful empire and it usually consist of a strong military, effective leader, religion, trade and a lot more different features.
Ming China and Mughal India were two great empires in the period of the 1600s. Both had cultural and technological advancements. And both were very different,yet both declined due to their political vulnerability which left them completely open to invasions by other countries. Their Government and society was very different. In both empires women were treated inferior.
Ancient Mesopotamia and Ancient China shared the same type of government. Although Ancient Mesopotamia began ruling its lands with priest kings eventually came to rule just as Ancient China, both civilization believed kings had divine approval. Social classes among both civilization followed the upper class, middle class, lower class structure. Upper class among the two consisted of the higher gods, kings, priest etc. Middle class consisted of peasant farmers, merchants, fisherman etc.
Old Egypt and China were fundamentally the same as additionally varied from multiple points of view. Their topography was similar. They both had the same idea of composing. Both civic establishments esteemed religion and made it a major some portion of their lives.
China and Egypt were both early civilizations that developed long ago and on different continents. In order to be classified as a civilization certain things were needed like a surplus of food, a division of labor, and the building of cities. Even though they were located far apart, many similarities and differences can be found between these two groups. China and Egypt both began near rivers. China was by the Yellow and Yangtze Rivers.
