Most of the people that you will talk to think that the Bahamas are very beautiful. They have pretty beaches, palm trees, clear blue water, and wonderful beach resorts. They have all of these things, in fact we stayed at the Atlantis and it was very beautiful, but the reality is that the Bahamas are very different from the United States in many different ways. Their culture for one thing is drastically different from ours here in America, but it is very Americanized in the form of tourism. Another thing that are different is that down their cities aren’t as clean, and as nice as they are here in America. We stayed at the Atlantis resort in the Bahamas. Right when you walk in they’ll take your bags for you and bring them right to your room. And as you’re walking in you get to see these massive, very luxurious yachts that were docked in the harbor. I loved looking at these yachts because I’ve never seen boats this big and that nice before in my life. As we continued walking in, you walked into this towering room with beautiful decorations that lead you down to a fish tank that was the wall. You could see all kinds of tropical fish, sharks, and stingrays. When we got up to our rooms we were amazed. The view we had was unbelievable, we could see the water park, which was decorated very well, and we could see the beautiful ocean right from our hotel room. We were all so happy that this was our view, but I really wanted to get down and see how exceptional this water park really was. So we went down to the water park, and we were very eager to explore all of it. They had immense slides, a very long lazy river, pools, beaches, and the ocean. All to top it all off is was decorated very accurate to the landscape around the water park which made it look even
