Rafe is getting bullied by people because he just wants to pursue his goal of being a movie maker but kell gets in his way because he does not like him. Both of the books are teaching hate but have different craft moves.

James Patterson puts that in because to make you feel bad when rafe is getting bullied by kell . On page 213 Kell his making fun of him because he is distracting him to get to the movie producers and making fun of him wearing a tomato shirt. Kell says to Rafe “What's a snake favorite class” . Rafe responds with “What”. Kell says “Hisstory”. The reason why Kell told Rafe a joke is so he couldn’t be able to go to the movie making because there was time limit to be there and kell was distracting Rafe . Kell is a mean guy so he says the joke instead of letting him go to the moving making so he can be late and not make it and not pursue his goal.Next, in Gone on page 191 it was a flashback of Caines mom dying right in front of him when the FAYZ explosion and caine gets very angry and all of a sudden hates sam. The FAYZ explosion is an explosion that killed everyone above 14 . Caine is mad because in the beginning of the chapter he was really close to his parents. The Reason why he all of a sudden hates sam mother because sam’s mother lived because sam is the chosen one
