Characters are constantly put in extermly dangerous situations, which put their life on the line constantly. Life and death are both extermly vitalt. Life can’t function without death and vice versa. The recolection of our death can lend power, grace, and fullness to every moment, and every action. The movie focuses on humor, but the book focuses more on the details and descriptions of the characters and items in the galaxy. Something I personally looked over as not that crazy was Arhtur and Ford escaping earth. After thinking about this occurrence I realized they survived extermly low odds and mind bogling to think about.. In the book Arthur is told everything will be fine, because his brain will be replaced with a new electronic brain. In the movie Arthur prolongs the mice when they are trying to take out his brain, by desperately asking them questions. In both the book and the movie Arthur survives this traumatic experience. Although this change does not alter the structure of the story, it still leaves a pretty naoticeable difference. The book and movie The Hitchkiers Guide to the Galaxy share many differences and similarities, but for the most part share a pretty common story. I can relate my life to the book and movie, and outcomes that happened in the book and movie. The book and movie both have many topics, but life, death, and improbability stand out to me the most. In the movie and book the charcters develop a new found respect for their life, and go up against crazy odds.
