Social, emotional, and psychological health are a part of what makes a person's mental health. It has an effect on how we think, feel, and act, and it also plays a role throughout how we react to times of stress, how we contact with other people, and the choices we make. As Matt Haig said: “Mental health problems don't define who you are. They are something you experience. First, the idea of mental health is expressed in different ways throughout both the picture and the story tell-tale heart, it is important to recognize the differences between the two. The story tell-tale heart shows the guilt that the boy feels for what he has done. However, the image shows the feeling that the person is feeling better from what he is doing to himself, even though knowing that he is betraying himself or harming himself. The problem of imagining things, often known as the illness paranoia, it is also shown in the story Tell-Tale Heart. This is why he felt the old man had vulture eyes, and it's also why, aside from guilt, he could hear the old man's heart beating after he died. This is another reason for why he experienced depression. The image shows an idea of depression and self-harm in a different way, which he got as a result of being or feeling lonely and being bullied, which is the main cause of his mental health. The story Tell Tale Heart Shows the idea of loving and hating others, which is shown by the boy hating others for no reason and imagining terrible things going to happen to them. This theme is known by the boy's actions throughout the story. However, the image represents the theme of hating themselves and only seeing the bad parts of themselves. The final difference between the story Tell Tale Heart and the image is that in the story, the boy's mental illness caused the old man's death, and he chose to harm others rather than himself, and the old man had no idea of what was happening and had no understanding what was going through the boy's head. But the image represents mental health on his own self; he hurt himself in order to forget his problems and what was going on in his mind, and he did this as a way to show other people that he was okay and to keep his illness a
