The French, American, and Russian revolutions may have been all different but they all seem to compare in many ways. The French and Russian revolution both had a specific social structure, the American and Russian revolution all dealt with events that led up to battles and wars, and the American and French revolution had used enlightenment ideas for their reasons for conflict. Some revolutions also shared the same political and militaristic ideas. Although all revolutions compared in some ways, they also shared many indifferences. Based on what I have read, both revolutions have a few more things in common compared to what each revolution had in common with the American Revolution. For example, both the French and Russian revolutions had some sort of social class system. The French had the French social order based on “estates” and the Russians had the Russian social order, which of consisted the Czar being the highest of the social class and the peasants being the lowest class. Their lowest class were also extremely poor and illiterate. Both had a very bad economy and both were ruled by a government where only there was one hierarchy that ruled them all. However, there weren’t many differences between the two, comparing to when both revolutions were completely different from the American Revolution. The only major indifference between the two revolutions was that Russia was involved in more violent wars or battles, other than like the French Revolution who held the meeting of the Estates-General, a civil and calm meeting between the estates.
