A1C Lee, the purpose of our meeting is this afternoon to create a deliberate development plan with you. What we are going to discuss are some issues I have thought about carefully that I believe will develop you in your career as an Airman of the United States Air Force and help you grow. This discussion is going to be in two parts.
In the first part, we are going to discuss your Current Training Status, your Most Probable Preferred Role, your Cognitive Preference Behaviors/Indicators, and your Goals and Aspirations. Once we are done with that we will discuss the second part that will be your Additional Duty, Special Duty Assignment, Training, and Education.

Having goals will motivate you by increasing your persistence and persuades you to strategize ways to best achieve the objective or develop action plans to meet your target. During your initial feedback, you stated you wanted to get your bachelor’s degree because you aspire to become an officer in the Air Force. I believe you can do this with determination and hard work. No matter where you start your Air Force journey, your transformation begins with training. Our career field as 3S0’s includes Promotions, Retirements, and separation, Reenlistments, Evaluations, Assignments, and Customer Service. You are required to have a broad knowledge in all these areas. As you are aware, the MPS is allowed to closed down for one hour for in-house training where personals receive training on one of the areas listed above. As a creator, you look for outside the box solution so you can recognize alternatives as to how to cut down customer wait time for ID cards. By leading this type of training as an adaptor will also help bring order to out of turbulence especially in our job of providing customer service. Our job as 3S0 is very crucial to mission accomplishment because whatever we do directly affects the lives of every Airman. If we do not in-process new members they cannot get paid and they will not be able to feed themselves and their family neither will the right people get promoted. If we do not ensure the ID cards are only issued to eligible family members, our adversaries will attack our bases, posts, and kill as many people as possible. This will also help equip you with the right kind of skills, knowledge, and abilities to perform your assigned task.
