This is a question that many people have been thinking about for years. Both The 1960’s and The Modern day are different time periods. In the text it says, “However in the society of the 1960’s many people were oppressed and therefore couldn’t live life how they wanted.” (Falcon 18) This means that people wanted to live their own life; they didn’t want to be controlled by other people. People wanted to have freedom over their life. The third challenge that the 1960’s faced was the Vietnam War. In the video it says, “People were trying to protest to stop the war.
