College is one of the biggest challenges for most adults today. Not only for where, how, and why, but for the constant struggle of going through college smoothly. College will always be one bump after the next, but with enough preparation and caution, it can be done smoothly. For my two colleges is am researching Colorado School of Mines and Georgia Tech. Both of these schools are really interesting for me, but I’m not sure if it’s the right ones for me.

Atlanta is not a population big city, but it is definitely a size big city. Atlanta is also one of the busiest cities in the country, maybe the world. Owning the busiest airport in the world, the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, causes this. Atlanta it found on the northern part of Georgia, which Georgia is found on the very southern eastern part of the United States. Georgia’s landscape consists of forest and mountains at the very north part of the state. Also on the east coast of Georgia, there are ocean beaches that border the state and the ocean. The weather of Georgia mainly consist of warm seasons and lots of rain. There is a non-consist flow of the rainfall, where some year’s floods happen, in others there are droughts. The middle of Georgia mainly consists of grassland hills. For Georgia Tech, it is found in the heart of the city. In fact, Georgia Tech owns it’s own entire district. Also. Georgia Tech is right by Turner Field, which is the home for the Atlanta Braves. Also it is a mile or two from the Georgia Dome, which is the home for the Atlanta Falcons. Now since it is in the heart of the city, skyscrapers and other types of buildings surround the college. But the college is also surrounded by a variety of recreational areas such as Central Park, Centennial Olympic Park, McCamish Pavilion, Winn Park, Piedmont Park, and so on. For School of Mines, I like the small city environment because I like living in a small area and have still have breathable room. The mountains and creeks are a nice touch with this small city environment because it adds a sense of having the wilderness, and I like the feel of being in the wilderness. With the recreational parks and mountains there will be plenty to do and plenty sights to see! The one thing I don’t like about School of Mines’ area is the weather. I don’t like how the weather is
