Not all leadership styles are the same, especially when supporting different messages. A perfect example would be Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Malcolm X, as both were great leaders of the Civil Rights Movement but both supported different ideas, and with different ways of supporting those ideas. In his “I Have a Dream” speech at the March on Washington in 1963, Dr King had a very optimistic and inspirational tone. He used things like imagery to support the idea of reaching racial equality through integration instead of segregation. Dr. King grew up living in a very loving and stable home.
