Richard Howe could be considered the most successful general, when compared to William Howe and George Washington. The bases of this argument are mainly; the military experience of each general and the number of recorded mistakes made by each general during their military expeditions. One of the main reasons, Richard Howe was the most successful general was because of his vast experience in military leadership or command. In hindsight Richard Howe had far more experience of being a military leader than William and Washington as he was enlisted in the Royal Navy in 1739 and then became Admiral, the rank of the highest naval officers, in 1775. He was also serving as commander in chief, “the officer holding supreme command of the forces in an area or operation”, of a Mediterranean fleet.
He was promoted all the way to captain. After the war he went back to portsmouth and with the money he had he started a lumber company called walnut lumber co. He also has lumber companies in Portsmouth, Boston, and Portland Maine. He owns several ship which he uses to ship his lumber and he also rents them to other people. He is Married and has four kids.
He will help Arkansas to become a state so that was he was known of as hero of the state of Arkansas. After failing he went back to the state of Kentucky and became another politician. Couple of years later on the day of July 12, 1945 he died in the state of Kentucky. He was buried on Springfield Cemetery, Kentucky.

At the end of all of this he was required to take five days of exams in order to see if he was proficient. Everett passed all these tests with ease. On December 8th, 1944 he became a captain and was able to sail on any ship in the ocean. From there he was assigned to the Liberty Ship, Harry S., Everett was assigned this ship at the very young age of twenty years old. Liberty ships were boats that were constructed solely for the purpose of WW2 and were not intended to survive any longer than that.
During 1852 he was sent to Washington D.C, during this time it was called Fort Vancouver. He tried to bring the family closer to him but it did not work out. Since Ulysses did not get to spend time with his family he would usually drink on his free time. In 1853 Ulysses became captain; he had to move to Fort Humboldt on the Northern California coast. In 1854 he left the army
Lewis inherited his father’s wealth at the age of eighteen and everything was good but, he decided to serve in the militia anyway which shaped history (“Meriwether Lewis”). During his time serving in the militia Lewis served as a volunteer in 1794 with the troops called out to stomp the Whiskey Rebellion in western Pennsylvania (“Meriwether Lewis”). Lewis served for a while a became the rank of captain (“Meriwether Lewis”). After this in early 1801 President Jefferson offered Lewis a job as his private secretary (Danisi).

Many ex-slaves led the abolitionist movement after their escape and helped slaves gain their right to freedom. Three of these people were Frederick Douglass and the Craft couple. Frederick Douglass was one of the most well-respected and educated African Americans of his time. The Crafts hatched one of the most famous and daring escapes in the history of American slavery. Although Douglass and the Crafts had very different experiences in slavery and during their escape, they used their life stories to educate others and help put an end to slavery.
William Bradford vs. John Winthrop William Bradford came from a modest background in which he taught himself the arts of farming. As a teenager, despite his family’s opposition, he joined the Separatists and moved to the Netherlands. Shortly after, the group chartered land in the Americas and set sail. He was among the group of Separatists/Puritans that was aboard the Mayflower and received the opportunity to sign the Mayflower Compact. William Bradford was the governor of the Plymouth Colony settlement for many years.
He had to leave UCLA in 1941 because of financial issues. He then went and played football for the Honolulu Bears. His season was cut short when the United States entered World War II. He served in the United States Army from 1942 to 1944. Before he saw any action he was arrested during boot camp in 1944 for moving to the back of a segregated bus.
Their son Increase Jr. also served per his pension application papers (Inv. file 37164) of May 11, 1818. " In January 1777 he signed shipping papers as a marine for one year on the Continental ship Boston, commanded by Captain Hector McNeal in the Naval service of the U.S. He sailed from Boston in April 1977.

In 1854, at the age of seventeen his father died,so he was left with all the families financial debt. He moved away and looked for ways to earn money.

Of the many literary pieces available today, William Bradford and John Winthrop’s writings, even though vary because the first is a historical account and the second is a sermon, stand out as presenting a clear trust in God, the rules that would govern them and the reason they have arrived in the Americas. First of all, William Bradford provides an in-depth look into the first moment when the Puritans arrived in the Americas. In fact, he chronicles the hardships they face on their way to Plymouth, yet he includes God’s provision every step of the way.
