Two legends of two enemies
Have you ever wondered how cats and mice because enemies? I found two stories based off of figuring that out. They are very different and I will be comparing the two stories. The two stories are, “Cat and Rat the Legend of the Chinese Zodiac” and “How Cat and Mice Became Enemies”. These two stories are both legends showing how cats and mice became enemies many years ago. The two “Cat and Rat” and “Cat and Mouse” are both about mostly the same subject but when it comes to the ways it differs they are very different. Even though the stories seem very different they do have some things I can compare about them. One thing is how the cat in the story got angry at the small animal no matter what in the end. The Cat could also not swim in either of the stories, both cats too us they they could not swim. Their transportation was very different too, Cat and rat rode on a water buffalo but Cat and Mouse used a huge pumpkin carved into a boat. In both stories Cat is a different gender, in Cat and Mouse the cat is a boy but in Cat and rat they are a girl. The last comparison I have is how many characters there where in the stories, in Cat and rat there where 14 characters but only two in Cat and
