September 24, 1896 Francis Scott Fitzgerald was born in St. Paul Minnesota. When Fitzgerald was at the age of 13 he went to St. Paul Academy he experienced his first piece of writing through his school newspaper the story was about a detective.At the age of 12 Fitzgerald was sent to a new school named the New ManSchool a catholic prestigious preparatory school in the state of New Jersey he would later attended Princeton University. Fitzgerald would later fall in love with Zelda Sayre, after The Great War Fitzgerald would later convince Sayre to marry him. They would later go on and have one child which was a girl named Frances Scott Fitzgerald.”The Jazz Age” was one of Fitzgerald’s most influential times for him to develop as a person he would make trips to Europe and even would meet people of the American expatriate.
