A while back I had two significant events in my life. One, was my graduation from Nazarene Bible College with a Batchler of Art in Ministry with a focus of Leadership and Ethics. The learning I achieve in that program brought me to a new belief in myself and a living illustration for my young boys. Second, was completing a program (no longer in existence) called "Beeson Institute for Advance Church Leadership." (Asbury Seminary) This program taught me more about ministry than another program I had ever seen or experienced. In the Beeson Institute, I grew in ways I had no idea I could grow. I had the opportunity to sit and learn about "Building a Dream Team," "Growing a church in a small group concept," and "How to balance your life." The third significant event was studying under Scott Fay, and learning from the John Maxwell Team. (JMT) This training prepared me for …show more content…

I learn better in groups of people that are like minded. (Inner Circle) 2. I know less than I have ever thought I knew. (humility) 3. I will be on this journey to the death. (determination) 4.
