I know I have been pulled up on stage to sing Okeechobee Whisky a time or two. The performers are all in tune and in step as a typical rock band would be. The other band members feed off of Greg’s energy that he extracts from the crowd. The more the crowd participates the more fun Greg and the band have performing. The band seems to get in sync with the crowd and the performance is driven by the band and the crowd together.
It is wholly recurrent to blindly skim through a detailed piece of literature and be unconscious to the likeness it shares with other pieces of literature. I am surely guilty of this ignorant practice, however. As I was reading “Hanging Fire” by Audre Lorde and “On Turning Ten” by Billy Collins, I didn’t truly perceive the connection right away. The obvious was already divulged in my mind; they’re both in the points of views of children. They, however, both have a mutual theme; growing up brings uncertainty and disappointment.

“Marching Band v.s. Football” Marching band and football have a lot more in common than people realize. Most individuals do not take this into consideration, they favor one over the other in most cases, unless you have children or friends that are involved in both. The two encourage each other, when the marching band plays it really can spark an energy unspoken into the football players; thus, when the football team makes a good play, this can really be beneficial when getting a band to be interested in the game. Together, both activities bring out the best in each other, though, they do have their differences as well. One of the first visibal and obvious differences between the marching band and the football team is the equipment each uses.
Liking a song doesn’t mean it has to be on the radio or on the track list of a pop star’s album; which is why a song I like is “Fiddles on Fire” by Mark Williams. This song is an iconic orchestra piece for Middle school or slightly advanced Elementary school orchestras. Its melody will infect your brain to the point of insanity. Ask any orchestra conductor their thoughts on “Fiddles on Fire”, and their face will immediately scrunch up in agony.

After the end of World War II, Americans came home to jobs available and a period of consensus. Consensus meaning there wasn’t much debate in politics. However tensions quickly rose throughout the nation when Joseph McCarthy made serious accusations about the State Department.
The 1990’s was arguably the greatest decade for the music scene. This decade encountered the rise of the best musical artists and bands of all time. The music from this time was highly thought of because most bands were bringing back the rock and roll sound everyone loved from the late 60’s and 70’s. The band that really brought this sound back for generations to come was Nirvana. The band Nirvana wasn 't just considered to be rock and roll, their music could fall under several off branches of rock and that 's what made them the best.

It is a pop, funk boogie with Minneapolis song. “ Uptown Funk” is talking about how a guy looking good , wearing jewelry and branded shoes , talking about how hot the singer is and how rich he is also it shows the exciting social life of the singer.
Hip-hop is an influential form of music that displays an artist’s honest and revealing story that many of the general public can relate to. One of the many songs that I can relate to is “Love Yourz” written by J Cole. The song talks about how Cole reflects on the most important things in life such as love and happiness. He realizes that the money and fame didn’t bring him the happiness he desired. To gain true happiness, he needed to appreciate himself and those that love him.
“When you’re really struggling with a dance, you can’t just give up. You have to just keep trying, and eventually you will get it.” She knows how rewarding it feels when she is finally able to nail a particular step or dance that she has been working hard on. Between dance, volleyball, and basketball, Jordan has been a part of different teams and has learned how to work with others in many situations. “I do think dance has helped me with my team skills,” she explains, “because dance isn’t like a one-person thing, you have to be in sync with the whole group.”
Like every other concert, the band is well practice, they are use to the tempo, and they make mistakes. Some sections I feel like we could have done better. Most of the time, I feel like we did pretty well. The whole band played almost better than the eight grade. When we messed up, it wasn 't a big deal.
