Voyerism was evident in both The Hunger Games and The Truman show although they were both displayed differently. The Hunger Games was put on for the entertainment of the citizens in the Capitol. The participants of the Hunger Games were aware that they were the source of entertainment for not only the sponsors and the people in the Capitol but also the people in the district. While Katniss was in the arena both her and the other participants would attempt to make the viewers in particular the sponsors like them in order to collect tools to help them survive.
