This article is about the comparison of two studies. This is about the curriculum of business communication followed by top 50 undergraduate business schools at the different aspect of courses based on two types of research by Knight (1999) and Bloomberg (2011). It gives information about curriculum followed by different business school and how it is delivered at a different aspect of course. Also makes a prediction about future innovation that can be made in the field of communication and the importance of communication.
The review shows that majority of communication courses are meeting basic requirement of communication only which also includes many business schools. Based on survey communication is important for business courses such as accounting (Sharp and Brumberger 2013). …show more content…

According to Kolb (1984) simulation help individual to learn from their experience and Lowell & Rowden (1962) identified simulation as a series of decision-making activity and its role in managing the operation. In harmony with Hildebrand (1997) recognize simulation as an opportunity to participate in own learning which will help in facing communication problem and expose in the real world. There is also a suggestion to include BCS in curricula which are helpful for students in message construction, Analysis, collaboration and participation which is necessary to communicate in org. setting.
The test was conducted (Laser & Drury-grogan, 2013) to check validity utility and reliability of simulation. In which includes top 500 Fortune Company and the length of the test is 3 hours and teams was divided into several groups. The teams need to demonstrate their communication skill, apply, work and participate
