The film Anne Frank: The Whole Story and Life is Beautiful both depict the difficulty of a Jewish family during World War II. Anne Frank and Guido Orefice, the two main character in the independent stories, have comparable lives and customs before they are hunted by the Nazis. In Guido’s story, Guido works in and owns his bookstore, in Anne’s story her father owns and manages his company.
