Call of Duty, a video game that has millions of teens across the world moving their thumbs to control a soldier on the screen. Nearly everybody has heard of the title Call of Duty, or COD for short. But, COD also has a close competitor with Electronic Arts award winning Battlefield series. Both games’ fans have there reasons to believe to which FPS game is better. There are many areas to look at to decide which game franchise is better, including sales records, the story mode or campaign written, multiplayer experience, and the graphics of the game or the visual details.

For many Battlefield fans, this is the reason they love their game. With Battlefield being one of the most realistic games made, it really does create a war experience. Just to complete the main storyline in Battlefield 4, it takes around 6 hours on average, and that’s without any extra missions that could add hours of gameplay (Howlongtobeat). Although COD isn’t quite known for their campaign modes, they have had there ups and downs. With recent CODs spending more time developing a multiplayer game, their campaigns have been slightly lacking. With COD Ghosts taking only around 4 hours to complete and leaving the game with one of the biggest cliffhangers ever, they really just want the consumer to buy the newest game release (Cinemablend). If a player really wants a realistic game with more plausible weaponry, then the Battlefield series is definitely hard to compare too; however if someone wants something that stretches the advances in warfare then COD would be a perfect
