Introduction Korean War was cease fired by the Korean Armistice Agreement which was signed on July 27 in 1953, among the United Nations Command, the North Korea People’s Army and Chinese People’s Volunteer Army. Although it has been passed for more than sixty years, there has not been yet a peace treaty to end the war completely. Far from that, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (here in after referred to as North Korea) have unilaterally declared against the Republic of Korea (here in after referred to as South Korea) that North Korea would no longer be bound by the armistice agreement in 1994, 1996, 2003, 2006, 2009, and 2013.
