The book by Joseph Bruchac was similar and different to the book by Eyewitness. First, the historical book talked about the war in an Indian’s perceptive. In the informational text, it talked about how different people contributed to the war (examples are Abraham Lincoln, Grant, Robert E.Lee, and so on). According to the book, “March Toward The Thunder,” it states,” But the thought that one of them might kill my…my brother makes me determined to stand against them. I would hate the South forever.” This quote shows the bondage between a character and there brother.
