The has always existed peace in the middle of a tempest but there will be never exist peace when the immortal challenge nature. A devoted mother Kills her son, angers the gods, loses a daughter.The public kills , anger the gods, lose sanity. The novel Sula by Toni Morrison and the play The Tragedy of Julius Caesar by William Shakespeare expose natures revenge and displeasure on those it deems dishonorable. In the novel Sula, god punishes Eva for having taken the life of her son Plum by purifying her sins in the immolation of Hannah. Plum an ex-soldier of the US found himself lost in the bitter world of drugs upon his return to society, and became almost child-like once more, something Eva despised.
