Introduction: Coronado Food Markets is a rapid growing company and known for being one of the best corporations to work for. Coronado Food Markets has nearly 5,000 employees, consisting of mostly Generation Y, also known as “echo boomers.” (Cheryl W., 2008). Generation Y has had constant access to technology which has caused these individuals to have a wide range of characteristics that are helpful and knowledgeable in today’s workplace.
