Boom, bosh, blast, and there goes another day to waking up to the sound of bomb in the little hometown of two normal children. They are awoken by the toxic smell of smoke which feels the air with a smell of fresh burnt plastic, with sour gunpowder and concrete duster scent. “QUICKLY” said the big one as they each wear their only pair of cotton sand-colored sandals which is not their feet size and roughly head towards the small square window surrounded by bars. They dodge and jump to see where big bomb landed as the small one stands on top of the big brother to view their world. Their movements where so swift and smooth, like it was a routine for them. As the big brother knelt down, placing his brown hands covered with sickeningly dry blood where he could almost smell the sweet metallic scent on the cold dusty concreate floor, he thought to himself, “ how long til I wash dis aged vile pungence blood, dat has now nearly smothered my senses but the old smell still suffocates my breath”.
