The Constitution and Criminal Law Essay There is more to courts than just hearing and giving orders. The constitution has paved the way for the Government for a long time. Due to high criminal activities, the courts must section off the Constitution and Criminal Law. Part of the Constitution is the Criminal Law, the penalties of those that break the law. This analysis will review one of the laws that is related to the Constitution such as the 2nd Amendment the right to bear arms, will review a couple cases that caused a changed in how the gun laws are interpreted through the years, as well as explain whether the current State of laws reflects the clear intent of the 2nd Amendment as originally stated in the Constitution. As part of the United States Constitution 2nd Amendment the right to bear arms, is in contrast to the gun laws. In fact, according to (Bill of right, 2014) “The 2nd Amendment guarantees the right of the people to keep and bear arms (para.1)”. In the case (Clifford Charles Tyler, v. HILLSDALE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, 2016), “In the case matter of the disability act of those whom are requesting to have a registered fire arms. It is a safety act for those individual’s that have disabilities, for their safety not to have any fire arms in their passion. Another case similar to the case mention above is (United States v. One Palmetto State Armory Pa-15 Machinegun, 2016), in this case the petitioner claimed that his mental inability was questioned when he tried to purchase a machinegun. Through the years the gun’s laws have become stricter and do not want guns getting into the wrong hands. As a result of this, useless killings starts to happened, then legislatives must strengthen gun control
