Unluckily, the effects of bullying last longer on a soul than we think it does, depending upon the brutality of bullying attempt.
The continuing physiological effects originates from the initial years that broods go through as an outcome of being bullied depressions and lack of confidence comes from bullying years continuing to the practical lives where they become chronic .
The consequences of bully victims are observed to lose faith in themselves .Precisely, this makes the victim insecure to compete with the fallouts and loses hope. This leads to adverse effects on their career, dealings, social lives and other demanding situations that require determination and grit.

● does the child appear sad or anxious about going to school?
● does the child seem isolated and has very few friends...and so on
These signs will show that the child is going through some kind of bullying .
What should parents do ?
● Parents should spend more time in school
● Communicate with their child
● Responding to a bully in a calm way not being aggressive
● Parents should encourage their child to stand-up to help those who are being bullied.
● Parents should establish and enforce family rules.

Schools play a critical role in stopping bullying ROLE OF SCHOOLS
● Increase parents' and teachers' involvement.
● Provide support and protection for children who are bullied.
● Form clear rules about behavior that will not be tolerated.
● Increase supervision of children on school grounds, especially when they are out of the classroom.
● Teachers must be prepared to follow through with consequences if bullying occurs.

Children should understand that the children who are bullying have experienced bullying themselves. They behave in this manner because they feel powerless at home and they like controlling other people who are feel insecure themselves. Education can help the children to make better, more positive choices and to become the school's friend in destroying bullying.
● Professional should try telling the students how to handle a bully by different technics and role playing for example they should do a role play in classroom and all the students should take part some as victim some as bully
● Counseling should be made for the bullies and who help the bullies and after that therapist should for the help
● There should be school events that focus the student body on bullying, for purpose, “Bullying Awareness mondays.” There could be activities in each class such as designing slogans to put on the walls such as: “It's wrong to bully and disturb others” or “It's wrong to go support with a bully.” A child who reports bullying should be rewarded with something
