I believe violent video games should be allowed ,but they should be played according to their rating and have a time limit.. A reason to monitor videogames is because it can make kids hostile. It promotes violence and it also can have a negative effect on eyesight when played to long. Children sometimes act very aggressive and hostile, but most times, the reasons people believe kids are acting these ways are because of the violent videogames, which is why I think that parents should follow the ratings and not let their underage children play 18+ games. There are some kids in the world that act aggressive and hostile to other people. But most of the kids are obtaining these ways by the violent videogames that they play. The games the kids play includes lots of swearing, inappropriate actions, drugs, shooting and killings, and very explicit content. And a lot of people that play these games are not supposed to play them they are usually between the ages of 4 to 13. Most of these kids also grow up to become rude to parents and rude to other kids,the kids are normally very violent and get into lots of fights and even become criminals. There are even some kids that gain autism, and aggression issues. Studies show that playing the violent games does create hostile and aggressive behaviour. In addition children who develop a gaming habit become more aggressive. When some of these young violent gamers grow up, research says that there is a chance that some kids will commit violent crimes, murder, rape, and assault. Even a 14 year old boy named Samuel killed his brother and father inspired by the character “Trevor” from Grand Theft Auto V.
