I have wanted to transfer to Cornell University since the day I started community college. I believe CU is the ideal place where I can achieve my aspirations. Since childhood, I have always been interested in dismantling household objects that I would find as I would wander my grandfather's home during my uneventful summer breaks. Because of my innate captivation and yearning to further explore the practicality of circuits and applications of electrical engineering, I have taken almost all of the engineering courses offered at my community college.
I aspire to obtain an education that is both theoretically sound and practically applicable, so that I can serve as a positive role model in my community. Additionally, I want to utilize the knowledge I gain from CU to pursue a career in spintronics and Nanoelectronic devices.

As a lead research intern, I researched the metals and alloys that would generate the optimal amount of spin current, modeled the thermal parameters of the ferromagnetic system by solving the heat diffusion equation and lastly, developed simulations to comprehend, and more importantly analyze the magnetization dynamics of the multilayered ferromagnetic system. In nine weeks of my internship, I was able to successfully complete all of my responsibilities and much more.
As a passionate ECE student, I want to obtain a world-class education through extensive theoretical and hands-on experience. I truly believe that Cornell is the only University that will allow me to attain such goals, while providing me with a cultivating social and academic
