They feel that ladies are excessively delicate.Or, on the other hand, if a lady gets included in combative technique she will begin battling or get forceful and mean. Some of the time, individuals surmise that only lone ugly, masculine or manly looking ladies get included in martial arts. None of these are valid. Truth be told, these myths are out and out strange. What people aren’t aware of is that our confidence is dependent on the activities we practice and its levels differs according to each activity . Martial arts improves the individuals self confidence in many areas and it improves the self esteem as well . Martial arts additionally help in self discovery . Martial arts give you confidence that help you to defend your self if there is an attacker , teaching you being able to work under stress , making you believe that you will achieve your goals , gives you the needed confidence to well socialize with others , and as mentioned before you burn lots of calories which in response make you feel confident and good about yourself and your body looking as well . B. According to journal of sports science and medicine, Martial arts is more likely to be the most provider activity to self confidence and self defense as well . C. It’s said that each and every single time you are exposed to fear , you gain courage and confidence and you can’t gain both unless you gain selfdefense and that what happens every time you practice martial arts.
