I could smell the distant sugar covered churros as we neared our local county fair, what a sight, there were countless games and rides to choose from. Hey, wait up Ash I said as she was already rushing over to the churro cart. She turned around and smiled and started running to the cart. Well, that basically summed up our relationship. Just as I was about to begin running someone grabbed my hand, I could already sense the enthusiasm from their hands. When I looked back I none other than my friend Ethan. We talked a bit, then I realized that I forgot to catch up with Ash so we exchanged numbers. As I began running we were both going to same way and I bumped into him and we both dropped our phones. I click the contact that said her name and thinks to myself that I do not remember giving her that emoji, but I just forget about it seconds later. It goes straight to voicemail. At this point, I am still calm and just decide to search for her, which in hindsight was probably a bad idea considering how big the fair is. After spending a couple hours searching I can already hear my mother’s words in my head saying “I told both of you guys to stick together” and then she would give me the “disappointment speech.” Just then someone in a churro costume comes up to my and ushers me to come to the churro stand. Obviously, I know the “stranger danger rule” so I politely decline but the person gets more persistent. However, during this whole time the person in the churro stand is not saying words to me. Finally, the person has to pull me over behind the curtains. My heart dropped and I was about to scream when they took their costume off. When I saw who it was I had not worded. It was Ash, she said that when you are in costume you can not know anyone else. I was still confused as to why she was wearing the costume and she said that she would get unlimited churros for life if she began working the moment she reached the
